Ramida Enterprises has been involved in many exciting, large scale projects. Ramida Enterprises took on the role of prime contractor in these projects  
Silver Spray

Silverspray is a 174 acre waterfront
development located on beautiful Vancouver Island. Ramida cleared and serviced 127
residential lots on this magnificent property.
Silverspray has been described as;

 "One of the most captivating British Columbia waterfront settings of its kind, Silver Spray captures the essence of life on the West Coast"
The Falls Golf Club

The Falls Golf Club is an 18 hole Golf course situated in Chilliwack, BC. Rising 750 feet from the valley floor, Ramida was challenged  with clearing and roughing in of this beautiful golf course. It was described as one of the "Top Ten Hidden Treasures in Canada" by the National Post Golf Preview

Other Projects Include:
  • Tillicum Target Store Upgrade - Ramida provided the equipment and labour to dig out two elevator pits, an escalator pit, and various under slab utilities.  We pulled down two existing elevator shafts, dug foundations for various gradebeams, a gen-set pad and  two cart storages.  We also removed the existing sidewalk and prepared the base for the new sidewalks. 
  • Victoria Golf and Country Club - Ramida  was sub-contracted to remove two existing turf maintenance buildings and excavate and backfill four new buildings including a shop, administration building, snack shack and washroom out on the course.  The site was very rocky and required blasting close to existing buildings and golf course features.
  • Sooke Spirit Square - Through grant funding Ramida was sub-contracted to excavate and backfill foundations for a new stage and washroom at Ed McGregor Park.  Work was completed during winter to minimize disturbance to park visitors.
  • Timberdoodle Rd. extention - Ramida was retained to widen and reduce the grade at the end of Timberdoodle road in East Sooke.  The existing grade was 18% and by blasting a knoll we were able to reduce grade to 12%.  We also extended the municipal water line to the end of the road and installed a hydrant.
  • Cole Rd. - Ramida was hired to build 500m of new road to service 5 ten acre lots and 4 smaller lots.  The project also included a two municipal water lines and a backflow chamber.
